Dinner at Hotel Rosedale on the Park, Causeway Bay

On the last day, we were too tired to go out to take dinner instead we settled our meal at the Chinese restaurant in the Hotel we were staying. This hotel is a good choice if you are looking for a reasonable rate (around HKD 660/night), clean, free internet and only 5mins walk to nearest MTR station and SOGO.

To share Christmas joy with Fly FM/Cornerstone Home

My husband's office members after " Charity visit to Rumah Titian Kasih ", they again organized another small charity visit to Fly FM. After knowing Fly FM organized a "Fly FM's Page Show Christmas Tree", where public can drop off gifts at Fly FM and later they will deliver the gifts to Cornerstone Home to share some Christmas joy for the less fortunate.

My kids were so excited as this is their first time to visit to Sri Pentas (radio station(Fly FM, One FM) and TV station(TV3, TV8, TV9), actually I was excited too, Ho Ho Ho !!!

Happy Winter Solstice/ Tang Yuan celebration !!!

I saw a lot of bloggers already posted "Tang Yuan" , why I'm late? This is because I almost forgot today is " Tang Yuan" celebration, hehehe, till my previous babysitter called me to invite my kids go to her house to celebrate "Winter Solstice", then I just realized it. So I quickly ran to supermarket to buy a packet of glutinous rice and cook the "Tang Yuan". If you do not know why Chinese celebrate the "Winter Solstice', you may refer to "Dodol & Mochi", she has a quite detail explanation.
I still prefer the simple way of "Tang Yuan", this was served when I was a child, my mum just cook this simple way, no fancy ingredients added, also partly we were poor at that time..
